New neighbors, new poll

Most of us have heard we have some new neighbors coming.  Well not next door but close enough.  As we are feeling very neighborly, we thought it would be good to have a poll on helping folks who'd like to come to America.  I'm sure you will want to welcome them too.  After all, they will have the same rights as you.

Reader Daize made some comments on legal justification for bringing the 9-11 terrorists into the US and giving them full US citizenship rights in a civilian trial.  We replied but now offer this legal rebuttal from someone they may not have heard from:

Related: The former US attorney who prosecuted the terrorists caught here in the 1993 WTC attack, Andy McCarthy mentioned in the comments has now posted an article on the latest news of Obama's terrorists' importations.  Those who are brave enough can get the full story of his legal insights.  The anti-American enemies here and abroad are absolutely cheering. And mobilizing.
Willful Blindness: Memoir of the Jihad - "The most enduring oversight, however, at least from McCarthy's perspective, is the refusal among academics and political leaders to confront fundamentalist Islamic tenets, the 800-pound gorilla that is somehow always in the middle of the room when terror strikes."  Publishers Weekly

Update: The ranking member of the U.S. House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, Rep. Pete Hoekstra asks why is it necessary to bring a man to NYC in a show trial circus for what he's already confessed.  Repeatedly.  Let's put the answer in the form of a question, who does this serve more Al Qaeda (KSM is already suggested being his own lawyer) or those who hate America and want to see it bowed down?  How many muslims would be "fair" to have on the jury?  Let's just say he wasn't mirandized on the battlefield and cut him loose.  Happy now?
