Scenes from the City...
An absolutely beautiful day yesterday offered a singular great opportunity to soak up the sun and be witness to the swearing-in ceremony of the ward council members. Da Horsey had a chance to briefly speak with Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno. It was an absolute honor to do so.
