Here's what he originally sold Hoboken:
Talking Ed Note: Tonight we'll have to await what Occhipinti does on the park ordinance.
The surface parking lot in the City's sights as part of the lots of Block 12 sought for a park is also the desired location for the bar business' plan to park cars via valet service.
As we all know, this property developer is a contributor to Tim Occhipinti and he's shown a remarkable enthusiasm to get behind the development there riddled with zoning violation. He left a City Council meeting earlier this year and went downstairs to speak on the developer's behalf at the Zoning Board meeting, a highly unusual and problematic action. The Zoning Board Attorney declined to allow an insistent Occhipinti to speak at the meeting, leading to a delay where the facts of life on Hoboken Zoning, irresponsibility and ethics were explained to him at length in a sidebar.
At least you know where Occhipinti's heart lies.
