NJ Email and Fax option: apply by 5:00 PM today

The cascade of applications for a ballot via email and fax has caused the State to issue an extension.

From a NJ colleague:

I've confirmed this. The NJ Dept of State has extended the deadline to submit ballots by fax or email until FRIDAY, 11/9 at 8pm.

But applications still need to be submitted by TODAY at 5pm.

County clerks offices will process applications until noon on Friday.
