Regional officials gather to oppose overnight PATH service cuts




A slew of Hudson County and regional officials gathered yesterday at Jersey City's Grove St. PATH station holding a press conference to announce their collective opposition to overnight service cuts.

Additionally, Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop took a shot at Degnan during a question and answer session after the press conference.
Talking Ed Note: The PATH system reportedly operating at an annual $300 million deficit despite growing ridership would save approximately $10 million annually by eliminating overnight service between 1:00 and 5:00 am.
