WASHINGTON STREET IMPROVEMENTS BEGIN
TO MOVE FORWARD

I am pleased to report that  land surveying activities will be commencing—the final step before construction begins to revitalize Washington Street.

This complete streets project will include repaving, the installation of modern traffic signals, streetscape improvements, enhanced internet connectivity, green infrastructure for better stormwater management, and electric grid upgrades.

Construction is expected to begin in 2016.
