Breaking News with Analysis re: MSV Opinion on the Hudson County View story
That might be too much to stomach with the change of seasons to a lovely spring but Hudson County View has the latest breaking
|Steve Kleinman leaves Hoboken Municipal Court with his client former Councilwoman Beth Mason in September 2014|
after phony criminal charges were filed against this editor later thrown out of court.
Based on the legal filing publicly available, the plaintiffs are second ward residents complaining about their apparent Democrat Committee opponents. The named plaintiffs are BoE trustee Peter Biancamano and long time Beth Mason political suck-up Ines Garcia Keim. (A rumored hand-me-down second ward council seat bestowed on the underling by counte$$ never quite panned out.)
The defendants are Democratic committee candidate and sitting BoE trustee Sheillah Dallara and her husband Aaron.
According to the Hudson County View story:
In an April 13 letter sent to Hoboken City Clerk James Farina, Peter Biancamano, who also sits on the board of education, and Ines Garcia-Keim, the HDC vice chair, said it was “blatantly illegal” that two candidates had petitions accepted after the April 3 filing deadline passed.

She didn't complain then but has filed a complaint about alleged late filers for Democratic Committee against her.
Left is James Barracato, business partner and long time political operative for Beth Mason, aka FinBoy.
Talking Ed Note: In the scheme of the Democratic Committeee and wider political import; this won't add up to much but MSV can safely conclude who isn't paying for this litigation. If you said it ain't the plaintiffs, you'd be correctomundo.
It's premature to conclude on the merits of a late candidate filing; it could go either way. As for the motley cast of characters involved, those conclusions rang up the sleaze bag scale past red a long time ago.
