The PAC cable TV ads show dollars cascading around Anthony "Stick" Romano led to a backlash.
That backlash came in the form of Team Romano releasing a little video of their own. The ad highlights the conflicts discussed about Ravi Bhalla and Suez water. Hoboken currently sits on a $8.35 million liability owed to Suez, its water vendor.
Bhalla is a law partner with Florio, Perucci. Both Suez and NJ Transit are clients of the law firm.
On twitter, the Team Romano video ends with #Hoboken is not for sale!
Talking Ed Note: Has anyone told Ravi Bhalla Hoboken is not for sale? Maybe he's awaiting someone to tell him?Tuesday Vote for Anthony Romano, Charles Matthews, Laini Hammond and David Mello! Perhaps that message will come from Hoboken voters on Tuesday.
